1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Notary Zoom, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Services Provided
Notary Zoom offers online notarization services, including but not limited to document verification, signing, and storage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Account
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using Notary Zoom, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Notary Zoom a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in any media worldwide. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.

You agree not to use the Services to submit content that is:

• False, inaccurate, or misleading.

• Infringing on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

• Violating any law or regulation.

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing.

• Contains spam or advertisements.

• Includes computer viruses or harmful code.

• Otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.

7. Rights and Responsibilities of Notary Zoom
Notary Zoom is not responsible for the User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.

8. NO WARRANTY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NOTARY ZOOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTARY ZOOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Notary Zoom and its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

11. Unsolicited Submissions
Notary Zoom does not want you to submit confidential or proprietary information through our Services. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide will be considered non-confidential and become our property.

12. Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws
You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others and not to upload or distribute any content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.

13. Inappropriate Content
You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Notary Zoom reserves the right to remove any such content and terminate your access to the Services.
